Aging property of heat treatment

Heat treatment plant is introduced to the steel parts heating to 80~200 degrees, heat insulation 5~20 hours or longer, and then with the furnace out in the air cooling. Objective: to reduce the deformation during the quenching of 1 stable steel parts, reduce the deformation during storage and use, and reduce the internal stress, stable shape and size of the quenching and grinding after grinding. 2.
